Not what we were expecting
The view was great(we bought the room with the view), the room size was decent and it was clean. The staff all apoke english and helped with our luggage delivery services. No complaints about the staff.
The breakfast wasn't very good, they tried to provide "european" breakfast but it was off. The room had no fridge, no kettle, no storage. You had to go to a shared room with a fridge and microwave write your name on your things etc., felt like a dormitory, we did not like it.

Perfect Place to stay on Osaka
I loved staying here and can recommend it to everyone! The room is very comfortable and cozy. Even the mattress was amazing to sleep on. I had a room with a shared bathroom concept and was surprised how clean and easy it was to use. To top it off the rooftop has an amazing view and terrace to do yoga on or just hang out (Yoga Mat available at the hotel). The staff was very nice and helpful, also almost everyone spoke English very well! The 5th floor has a room with laundry, fridge, microwave, water dispenser and lots of other things that makes your stay easier.

Very Good
the staff were lovely! the hotel was also beautiful, especially in the lobby area. breakfast was amazing.
the room was very tiny. it was just doable for one person, but it was essentially just a bed and a washroom, barely any space to open my luggage
